Smart Loyalty is a Loyalty Card System developed to fit any franchisee. System was adopted in Brazil by Pizza Hut™ as a prepaid loyalty in-restaurant payment. (www.hutcash.com)
From small enterprises with few shops to international chains with thousands of franchisees, allowing each of them to manage their own pre-paid card, in a centralized or decentralized promotional program, combined with loyalty strategies or issuing a conventional gift card program.
A flexible system that can be used as a Pre-Paid or Loyalty Card.
Based on a multiple system of scored points, as well as a prepaid
stored value card, Smart Loyalty client balance is recorded in a secure
Smart Card chip in two different data banks.
Balancereading, reload of cash and purchase are all carried through a
small portable terminal using an “off line” system (with no need for Internet
or any external wireless connection through all daily operations).
It compiles all data into a single daily upload. It is a simple concept:
In the case of the pre-paid card, unlike credit card systems, all received
cash stays with the storekeeper and not with the system’s operator, which
only receives information, not cash.
The card becomes an additional tool to promote brand value, customizing
different promotions throughout the card life cycle.
