Not only do we have decades of combined years of experience in applying cutting edge technology, but our Senior Advisors know how to inspire innovation in your team. They have an understanding of diversity and empathy to help overcome the biggest obstacle to change: culture.
You can start with a seminar but often you will need both, depending on your strategy and the opportunities you are ready to explore after a first assessment.
Yes, we sure can and have done it before. You can have a group of relevant presentations in the format of seminars and discussion groups arranged in virtual remote open chat rooms to address themes such as:
APIs and Open Banking; Artificial intelligence and Machine learning; Robotic Process Automation; Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies & Cryptoassets; Connected Vehicles, and many others.
You should target a broader audience. Before focusing in a project, you have to address it on a broader level, and involving diverse background staff helps detecting the benefits and concerns a new technology may generate. Many of these opportunities and negative impacts are seldom underestimated by the "champions" of that new technology. You need a diverse group of people to look at a problem with an unbiased point ov view.to detect
The short answer is yes you can. The "consultant answer" is of course longer! No advisory service can be effective without diversity. This means that you should start on a high-level seminar but as you progress in depth you may require focus oriented support. This may become an advisory service in the future. At Innovative, we believe that in order to fully understand a technology you need multiple stake holders having a space that allows for a diverse team to build a united vision. This may extrapolate the bounderies of a simple seminar. This strategy require that besides the SME's (Subject Matter Experts) when approaxing a new disruptive technology, you also need business experts, marketing people, process specialists, compliance officers, board members, etc...most of whom have no idea about that new "buzz-word". This may require that your staff has at least a basic level of understanding of new technology (seminar) so they can have an informed decision-making process later. (consultancy). We can help you advance in both tracks of this journey: the initial informative seminar and, if needed, a short consultancy follow-up. For instance: after a Blockchain Seminar we often offer a 1/2 a day session for C-Suite level management with: "what should be our next steps" type of discussions.
