He has extensive experience in human development and compliance in the private sector, in the government area and at Non-Governmental Organizations, building action plans so that ethics and social values permeate these institutions' daily lives.
Iradj has developed a successful coach career and is accredited by the International Coaching Community. He is a member of the Honorary Academic Advisory Council of the International School of Public Policies in Human Rights of the Institute of Public Policies in Human Rights of Mercosur. Tania Narciso MBA
Tania is a risk and compliance leader with over 15 years of financial services experience across various regulatory environments including regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, securities and capital markets, and various global regimes.
In her most recent roles, Tania has been Chief Compliance Officer of a small-medium sized schedule II Bank and of a Canadian affiliate of a large global Money Services Business. She is interested in exploring innovative ways to improve the way in which end users manage and interact with money and what the implications are from a risk and compliance perspective.
Tania is a seasonal professor and advisory board member of Seneca College’s Financial Services Compliance Administration Program.
Tania received her MBA from University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management and is currently an LLM candidate at York University, Osgoode Hall Law School, specializing in Privacy and Cybersecurity.
