Neissan is a Senior Innovation and FinTech Expert with 25+ years of executive experience in start-ups and corporate environments in Brazil, US and Canada. As an awarded innovator and design thinking advocate, he has occupied multiple C-suite level roles in the mobile-security, payment and loyalty verticals. A pioneer in Brazil in mobile data collection, banking Internet security, PKI and prepaid systems, Neissan created HutCash® the first hybrid (loyalty+payment) cryptocurrency used from 2006 to 2015 at Pizza Hut in Brazil.
He has extensive expertise in digital transformation and on the mitigation of cultural barriers to the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. Through his career he has created, delivered and integrated hundreds of innovations turning them into value added revenue models.

Addison Cameron-Huff Cryptocurrency & STO lawyer
Addison is a lawyer who has been counsel to Ethereum cofounders, a Bitcoin code contributor and advisor to exchanges in three countries, and dozens of cryptocurrency companies. He has drafted token sale agreements, consulted for a Big 5 bank's capital markets group, founded several Internet startups, and started his career at Canada's largest law firm.
As an entrepreneur, he has run a wallet company, coded a law search engine used by the US Department of Justice, and won Yahoo's international student programming competition while in law school. He is a member of the pioneering cryptocurrency law course at University of Toronto law school. He is also a co-founder of Toronto Blockchain Week and a leading digital asset lawyer since 2014.

Iradj Roberto Eghrari is a Senior Advisor in the field of Human Development. He has a master's degree in electronic engineering and a bachelor's degree in business administration by the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He has extensive experience in human development and compliance in the private sector, in the government area and at Non-Governmental Organizations, building action plans so that ethics and social values permeate these institutions' daily lives.
Iradj has developed a successful coach career and is accredited by the International Coaching Community. He is a member of the Honorary Academic Advisory Council of the International School of Public Policies in Human Rights of the Institute of Public Policies in Human Rights of Mercosur. He is also the only credited integrator of the Experiential Transformative Learning Journey (E.T.L.J.) in Consensus Building in Canada. As of 2020, he is the head of the "ATRACT" program at INNOVADVICE.

Tania Narciso MBA
Tania is a risk and compliance leader with over 15 years of financial services experience across various regulatory environments including regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, securities and capital markets, and various global regimes.
In her most recent roles, Tania has been Chief Compliance Officer of a small-medium sized schedule II Bank and of a Canadian affiliate of a large global Money Services Business. She is interested in exploring innovative ways to improve the way in which end users manage and interact with money and what the implications are from a risk and compliance perspective.
Tania is a seasonal professor and advisory board member of Seneca College’s Financial Services Compliance Administration Program.
Tania received her MBA from University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management and is currently an LLM candidate at York University, Osgoode Hall Law School, specializing in Privacy and Cybersecurity.
